NOTE: the online registration form does not take payment, it only asks how you will be paying to help connect payments to registrations.

PO's are accepted but must be received prior to registration deadline and payment must be received by conference date or a late fee of $35 will be added to the invoice. Only registered MAEA/NAEA members and staff are allowed to attend conference activities. Children and infants are not permitted. By registering for the MAEA Conference, I authorize MAEA the right to photograph me and to use the photographs in all formats and media for any purpose, including for education, marketing and trade purposes. I hereby release MAEA from all claims arising out of the use of the photographs, including without limitation all claims for compensation, libel, invasion of privacy or violation of copyright ownership.

Join us for a Post-Conference Field Trip to

Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art

Sunday, April 9, 2017 from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
A bus will carry participants from the University Plaza Hotel to the Crystal Bridges Museum nestled in the woods near Bentonville, Arkansas. 
You will enjoy six full hours, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. to explore on your own, hike the springtime trails, sign up for a guided tour, eat a gourmet lunch at the restaurant Eleven and enjoy a beautiful collection of art. 
Perhaps you need to do some research. The library at Crystal Bridges houses over 50,000 volumes pertaining to American art and art history, plus archives containing personal papers and other artist ephemera.
The special exhibition, Border Cantos, is a unique collaboration between American photographer Richard Misrach and Mexican American sculptor/composer Guillermo Galindo, uses the power of art to explore the complex issues surrounding the United States-Mexico border.
The cost to get on the bus is $35. Let us get you there! All other fees for guided tour and lunch are not included and shall be left up to the participant.
